Kim Urbanchuk joined Covington & Burling LLP in April 2022 as the firm’s chief compliance officer. She is responsible for overseeing, integrating, and executing on Covington’s global compliance program. As CCO, Kim manages the firm's Compliance Operations and Business Conduct, Data Privacy, Client Agreements and Outside Counsel Guidelines, Procurement, Government Security, Background Investigations, Client Due Diligence, and Anti-Money Laundering teams.
