Judah Jay Gross teaches Banking Law and Leveraged Finance at William & Mary Law School where he brings over 10 years experience as an attorney and credit analyst in the financial sector. With a specialty in leveraged transactions, liability management and restructuring, Judah Jay provides a unique viewpoint when assessing legal risks and strategies for distressed market participants. He has represented banks, hedge funds and asset managers in some of the nation's largest special situation scenarios. He currently serves as senior director at Kroll Bond Rating Agency where he analyzes the legal impact of novel corporate debt structures. Judah Jay graduated magna cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law as a member of the Order of the Coif and holds a degree in Talmud from the Yeshiva of Far Rockaway.
